Hopefully you have been tracking along with the updates on your bikes production & delivery. (Keep an eye on the delivery updates page by clicking "more" in the top menu on this page... or just click here)

Please read through all this info, purchase any extra's and your freight then wait for a call from Eden or Jack who will call to verify everything and make sure all the admin is in order ready for when you bike arrives & gets assembled.

Please do your best to wait for us to call you, the guys are swamped with missed calls so an SMS or email to dispatch@braaapmotorcycles.com is the best way to get in touch if you need, otherwise pls wait for us to call you.

Calls are being made from now up until when your bike is ready to be delivered. So please wait patiently for the guys to get through calling everyone individually :)

Bikes arrive May 20th according to the shipping line - For the latest info on the arrival of the bikes follow the delivery updates page under "more: in the menu on this website or just click here

Bikes will be assembled and ready to be delivered between 1- 2 weeks after they arrive (So long as there are no delays, but again click "more" on the menu of these page to go to the delivery updates page which is where we put all the latest info on delivery)

BOXED (Unassembled bikes will be dispatched 1 week after they arrive to major regions, Pending availability of local couriers. Please wait to hear from us regarding what truck your bike gets booked on.

The assembly line is a warehouse facility so there are only 2 options for collecting your bike. 1. By purchasing delivery through our approved delivery network on this page or 2. By collecting your bike in person at the appointed time, ID Must be shown as we only invite the actual owner to collect their bike here :)

We will SMS you once your bike is allocated to a courier's truck :)

We are doing our best to get our online service much better to try & avoid having everyone call us at once. It's a really busy time here at braaap because we are catching up on delivering all the delayed orders for bikes from 2020. Please give us some grace is the team don't answer or respond immediately :) SMS or Email is always best :)

Step 1: Delivery

If you want us to assemble your bike and pre deliver it ready to ride please buy the "delivery+assembly" that fits your region. The products will load below. Otherwise we offer nation wide (major regions) delivery of the bike in a box at $350 which you can purchase below also.

If you are going to collect the bike from the braaap warehouse in Frankston please wait to be sent an invite to a specific collection day from our Frankston warehouse. It is limited to specific time slots because our focus is to build bikes with as much efficiency & as little interruption as possible, this is how we drive the cost down for you so much, you support in this is appreciated :)

You can collect your bike assembled by purchasing the assembly product below:

You will get SMS'd once your bike has been collected from our warehouse and then the truck driver will SMS/Call you when your bike is 24 hours away from being delivered. Sometimes depending on your region there can be up to 2 weeks between when the bike leaves here and when it gets to you, But major regions should be with in the week

Once we have assembled & allocated your specific bike to you. There will be a Proof of Purchase document sent via email & also a massive FAQ document

Step 3: Warranty & Self Service

Most of you will have already paid for your Lifetime Warranty which activates it, If you want to add warranty you can so by adding the Lifetime Warranty to your cart below.

Warranty covers the lifetime of your ownership, You have to service your bike but it doesn't have to be at anyone affiliated to us & if you are mechanically minded you can join the self service program for $17/month which allows you to verify your own service papers.

Self service is not designed to be a training platform, it is for those of you who were going to service your own bike anyway, it allows you to do your own work and have it recognised and covered by the warranty. You will be emailed and invited to join self service separately once the bike arrives.

The Braaap University is filling up with videos, tips and tricks as well as trouble shooting lessons so keep an eye on your inbox for an invite to the Braaap University "Online Service Centre" once your bike arrives. Its free and we also encourage you to become a contributor and video any work you do on your bike to help others, help us make the braaap owner experience better and help make the braaap online community more engaging :)
